December 6, 1991 <br /> Dane County Land Regulation & Records <br /> Room 116 <br /> City-County Building <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> The following documents are presented for inspection so that they will be considered in the <br /> granting of a rezoning with a delayed effective date. The area is currently zoned as AG land <br /> and it is my desire that this land be rezoned for a single family home. It is our family's desire to <br /> begin construction either in the fall of 1992 or the spring of 1993. <br /> It is my desire that a hearing be held on January 14, 1992 and that I have filed the necessary <br /> information and delivered same in person , on or before the published closing date of December <br /> 8, 1991. <br /> The tax parcel numbers of the parcels to be rezoned are as follows: Township of Primrose <br /> Section 10: 0507-101-8061 <br /> Section 3: 0507-034-9570 <br /> The property that is being purchased consists of approximately 8 acre's. Six acre's are wooded <br /> n and it is my wish that these be rezoned for a single family residence, and the remaining 2 acre's <br /> are AG land and that they remain zoned AG. <br /> This property needs to be reviewed on the requested date for the following reason. The <br /> current owner, Sonsteby, needs to settle a debt and will be faced with extreme hardship if any <br /> delays are imposed .
