ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5225 • - <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the A-2(1) <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5225: <br /> Part of SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 7, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 7; thence S 89° 39' East, <br /> 1550 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence N 03° 49' East, 206 <br /> more or less feet; thence S 89° 39' East, 212 more or less feet; thence S 03° <br /> 49' West, 206 more or less feet; thence N 89° 39' West, 212 more or less feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
