• <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5227 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4, NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 <br /> Section 11, Town of Roxbury described as follows: Commencing at the West <br /> quarter corner of said Section 11; thence S 88° 02' 12" East, along the <br /> East-West quarter line, 1336.12 feet; thence N 00° 03' 12" West, 22.00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence S 88° 02' 12" East, 1336.13 feet; thence S 89° <br /> 03' 26" East, 1335.69 feet; thence S 00° 27' 39" West, 585.88 feet; thence N <br /> 88° 32' 50" West, 2666.45 feet to the centerline of Mussen Road; thence N 00° <br /> 03' 12" West, along said centerline, 586.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Only one residence is permitted on the above described property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: fitAR 1 6 1992 <br />
