Our understanding <br /> is that special consideration by your committee could advance <br /> the date from August 25 to August 11 . This would allow the County <br /> Board hearing to advance from September 18 to August 20. <br /> It appears that misunderstanding did take place on this petition <br /> and it was placed on hold in January. Mr. Evans also had a <br /> petition befor you numbered # 5210. That second petition did <br /> have a Town request for a hold and further Town review. Our <br /> intent and approval was given then for action on # 5209. <br /> The Town, on July 28, did vote not to approve petition # 5210 <br /> at a public hearing. To avoid further misunderstanding, please <br /> be informed that the Town supports Petition # 5209.
