One item on the adjenda for that • <br /> meeting was consideration and possible approval of the final Plat for ,the <br /> requested Evans Subdivision Plat. <br /> • <br /> The Vienna Board received a recommendation from the Vienna Planing Committee <br /> for approval. The Vienna Town Board voted to grant final approval under the <br /> condition that actual recording not be completed until conditions agreed upon • <br /> between the developer and Town be completed: Those conditions being: <br /> 1) a letter of credit up to the amount of the engineers estimate of costs for <br /> . completion of improvements (Roads, drainage and waterways, and utility line <br /> extensions) • • <br /> 2) Recording of restrictive covenents and developement agreement between the Town <br /> and the developer. . <br /> 3) Recording of doucment for future possible road and utility with extension between <br />• developer and parcel # 32-14-252 ( currently owned by Gotzion , Gary D & Diane E) <br /> • <br /> It is the wish of that Town of Vienna that Dane County proceed and facilitate with <br /> final Plat approval as soon as possible and that recording take place as soon as the <br /> above conditions are satisfied.
