ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5229 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5229: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 25 and SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 26, Town of <br /> Dunkirk described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Section 26; thence South along the East line of said Section, 1600 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence West 1320 feet to the West line of the aforesaid SE <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South along said West line, 400 feet to the North line of <br /> the C.M. ST. & P. Railroad; thence Southeasterly along said North line, 1600 <br /> feet; thence North, 700 feet; thence East 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
