ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5231 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. ##5231: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 35; thence S 01° 27' 42" <br /> East, 1567.09 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map 6515; thence <br /> S 65° 47' 11" East, 1225.63 feet; thence S 01° 59' 07" West, 173.21 to the <br /> point of beginning; thence S 01° 59' 07" West, 365.44 feet; thence N 61° 09' <br /> 29" West, 382.83 feet; thence N 24° 12' 49' East, 200.00 feet; thence S 89° 36' <br /> 01" East, 265.98 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: i 0 1992 <br />
