The Petitioners have sufficiently addressed the citizen <br /> concerns. The Planning Commission recommended to deny, <br /> based upon only two reasons. Both reasons are invalid <br /> according to either the written Land Use Plan or to good <br /> township planning, in light of current developmental <br /> conditions and lay of the land. We ask the Town of Cottage <br /> Grove Board to immediately give its approval to this zoning <br /> change and to write a letter to Dane County Zoning, urging <br /> that they do the same. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> David R.
