ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5236 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 23, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commenicng at the Northeast corner of said Section 23; thence West along the <br /> North line of said Northeast quarter, 1336 feet to the Northeast corner of said <br /> NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South along the East line of said quarter quarter, 200 <br /> feet to its intersection with the centerline of Boxelder Road, and the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue South along said East line, 325 feet; thence West, <br /> 720 feet; thence North 435 feet to the centerline of said Boxelder Road; thence <br /> S 81° East along said centerline, 730 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/is is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: Disapproved 4/3/92 <br />
