The Town does understand that there may be some increased <br /> runoff on to the land presently owned by John and Marilyn Neath. <br /> However as it was presented at the Town hearing, the Neaths bought <br /> the property with the understanding that there would be a rezoning <br /> with increased water flow to the property.
