ORDINANCE AMENDMENT #5239 <br /> AMENDING CONDITIONAL ZONING OR DEED RESTRICTION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> conditions or restrictions imposed by Ordinance Amendment #5093 on property <br /> located in the Town of Deerfield be amended. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 17, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Lots 1 and 2 CSM 6596 Volume 32, Page 211 of Certified Survey Maps found in <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> AMENDED CONDITIONS <br /> The following conditions shall replace those previously imposed by Dane County <br /> Ordinance Amendment #5093. <br /> 1. The 66' street reservation shall be moved to the North line of Lot 1 CSM <br /> #6596. The street reservation is intended to serve said Lot 1 and future <br /> lots as may be created to the Northeasterly, Easterly and Southeasterly of <br /> the street reservation. <br /> 2. Surface water run-off shall be redirected to alleviate present wash or <br /> flooding across neighbors to the South and shall be implemented as <br /> specified by the agreement between the Town and Donald and Ruth <br /> Schimelpfenig dated 11/13/91. <br /> EkeC <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
