ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5240
<br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of

<br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the
<br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1,
<br /> RH-4 Rural Homes and CO-1 Conservancy District the following described land:
<br /> Pet. #5240:
<br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 8, NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 17 and NE 1/4 NE 1/4
<br /> Section 18, Town of Verona described as follows: TO RH-1: Part of the SW 1/4
<br /> SW 1/4 of Section 8, and part of CSM #2572, Town of Verona described as
<br /> follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 8; thence N 00° 04'
<br /> 06" West, along the section line, 1323.40 feet to the Northwest corner of the
<br /> said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 89° 22' 20" East, along the North line of said SW
<br /> 1/4 SW 1/4, 889.68 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #3, Certified Survey Map
