ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5241 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes and A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 20, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 20; thence N 87° <br /> 29' 24" East along the section line, 1320.08 feet; thence S 01° 29' 45" West, <br /> along the centerline of Oak Park Road, 1830.64 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue S 01° 29' 45' West, along said centerline, 290.10 feet; thence <br /> West, 330.44 feet; thence North, 290.00 feet; thence East, 338.01 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(4): Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 20, thence N 87° <br /> 29' 24" East along section line 1320.08 feet; thence S 01° 29' 45" West 1830.64 <br /> feet; thence West 657.84 feet to point of beginning; thence South 210 feet; <br /> thence West 164.40 feet; thence North 210 feet, thence East 164.40 feet to <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. There shall not be more than one residence constructed on the entire <br /> parcel identified as of 3/25/92 under parcel #0712 - 202 - 9000. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE' JUN 2 9 192 <br />
