We originally submitted <br /> these forms in August of 2001 and all fees were paid for at that time. We have <br /> just recently been informed that this process was never approved at the final <br /> stage. We have never received any correspondence in regards to the "rescinded <br /> vote" nor were we informed directly and have conducted business on this site for <br /> 15 years under the impression that we were in compliance. We have always met <br /> the standards of the EPA and all State and Federal inspections that are required <br /> for our business.
