ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5243 - <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the LC-1 <br /> Limited Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Lot #1, CSM 1485 found in Volume 6, Page 186 of Certified Survey Maps Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds Office Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot #1, <br /> Certified Survey Map #1485, thence N 06° 34' 16" West, 62.50 feet; thence S 88° <br /> 47' 04" West, 350.00 feet; thence S 06° 34' 16" East, 62.50 feet to the <br /> Northwest corner of said Lot #1; thence N 88° 47' 04" East along the North line <br /> of said Lot #1, 350.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAR 1 0 1992 <br />
