ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5245 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5245: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 5; thence N <br /> 00° 15' 56" East, 1338.50 feet; thence N 88° 07' 35" East, 889.82 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue N 88° 07' 35" East, 240 feet; thence South <br /> 510 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 1392 feet and a <br /> long chord bearing N 85° West, 140 feet; thence S 84° 17' 20" West, 56 feet; <br /> thence N 11° 12' 00" West, 146.01 feet; thence along a curve to the right with <br /> a radius of 1369 feet; and a long chord bearing N 05° 18' 40" West, 280.92 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 34' 40" East to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
