Bisgard: <br /> We live two houses east of Ann and David Manthe at 4607 Oak Spring <br /> Circle, and we can see their milk trucks from our house. <br /> We have no objection to their parking the trucks in their drive- <br /> way. Ann and David are good neighbors, their yard is always kept <br /> neat, and their trucks are always very clean.
