DANE COUNTY Page 1 of <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #979 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited family business - milk hauler - (2 truck maximum) <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 4/14/92 EXPIRATION DATE: SEE BELOW <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 19, Town of Windsor described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, <br /> thence North along section line 54.5 feet; thence West 33 feet, <br /> more or less, to West right-of-way line of existing highway; thence <br /> Westerly parallel to South line of said quarter quarter, 345 feet <br /> to the point of beginning of this description; thence Northerly <br /> parallel to East Section line 210 feet; thence Westerly parallel to <br /> South line, of said quarter quarter, 100 feet; thence Southerly <br /> parallel to East Section line 210 feet; thence Easterly parallel to <br /> South line of said quarter quarter, 100 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . Truck travel on Oak Springs Circle shall be limited to the <br /> length of the road from the Manthe driveway Easterly to Lake Road <br /> (CTH CV) . <br /> 2) . The conditional use permit shall terminate April 14, 1995. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or <br /> general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3 . That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will <br /> not impede the normal and orderly development and <br /> improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted <br /> in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br />
