ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5249 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5249: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 12, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 12; thence N 89° 27' 19" <br /> East along the North line of Section 12, 1323.46 feet to the centerline of <br /> Maple Grove Drive; thence S 00° 10' 41" West, along said road centerline <br /> 1346.44 feet; thence N 89° 31' 20" East, 33.00 feet; thence S 00° 10' 41" West, <br /> 201.96 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N 89° 31' 20" East, 200.00 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 10' 41" West, 271.80 feet; thence S 89° 31' 20" West, 200.00 feet; <br /> thence N 00° 10' 41" West, 217.80 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
