ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5250 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-4 Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Part of W 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 3, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the point of intersection of the East line of said West 1/2 and <br /> the centerline of Rinden Road, said point being 2459.5 feet South of the <br /> Northeast corner of said W 1/2; thence along the centerline of Rinden Road <br /> 558.5 feet to a point that is 475 feet West of said W 1/2 to the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence parallel to the said East line, 1044 feet <br /> to a point that is 1223 feet South of North line-of said W 1/2; thence West <br /> parallel to said North line, 863 feet to the West line of said Section 3; <br /> thence South along the West line of said Section 3 to the centerline of Rinden <br /> Road; thence Easterly along the centerline of Rinden Road to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: A 2 1 W92 <br /> PR <br />
