ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5253 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5253 : <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 15, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #2 CSM #6584; thence S 00° <br /> 57 ' West along the West line of said lot, 233 feet; thence East, 34 feet; <br /> thence N 00° 57 ' East, 233 feet to the North line of said Lot #2 and <br /> centerline of Waterloo Road; thence West along said North line and <br /> centerline, 34 feet to the point of beginning. Also, Beginning at the <br /> Northeast corner of said Lot #1 CSM #6584; thence West along the North line <br /> of said lot, 86 feet; thence S 00° 57 ' West, 178 feet; thence S 27° 53 ' <br /> East, 62 . 2 feet; thence East, 56 feet to the East line of said Lot #1; <br /> thence N 00° 57 ' East along said East line, 233 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which <br /> a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
