ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5253 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5253: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 15, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #2; thence S 00° 57' West along <br /> the West line of said lot, 233 feet; thence East, 34 feet; thence N 00° 57' <br /> East, 233 feet to the North line of said Lot #2 and centerline of Waterloo <br /> Road; thence West along said North line and centerline, 34 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Also, Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot #1; thence West <br /> along the North line of said lot, 86 feet; thence S 00° 57' West, 178 feet; <br /> thence $ 27° 53' East, 62.2 feet; thence East, 56 feet to the East line of said <br /> Lot #1; thence N 00° 57' East along said East line, 233 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
