ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5254 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> R-lA Residential and A-B Agri-Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5254: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 1, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> TO R-1A: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #1; thence S 02° 23' <br /> 03" East, 381.00 feet; thence N 87° 23' 24" East 166.00 feet; thence N 02° 23' <br /> 03" West, 166.15 feet; thence N 16° 15' 29" West, 66.73 feet; thence N 02° 23' <br /> 03" West, 150.00 feet; thence S 87° 23' 24" West, 150.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. TO A-B: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot #1; thence N <br /> 02° 23' 03" West, 166.00 feet; thence N 43° 13' 35" West, 85.63 feet; thence S <br /> 16° 15'. 29" East, 66.73 feet; thence S 02° 23' 03" East 166.15 feet; thence N <br /> 87° 23' 24" East, 40.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describ- land for which a <br /> certified s vey map will be prepared for approval and corded.
