ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5260 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5260: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Cross Plains <br /> described as follows: A parcel of land located NE 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section <br /> 11, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter <br /> of said Section 11; thence South 594 feet to the point of beginning. Thence S <br /> 43° West, 192.72 feet; thence S 60° West 419.8 feet; to the right-of-way of USH <br /> 14; thence along said right-of-way S 44° East, 350 feet; thence N 57° East 660 <br /> feet; thence N 44° West 400 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAY 1 1 1992 <br />
