ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5263 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the A-2(8) <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Beginning 420 feet West of the Northeast corner of the said Section 32; thence <br /> South 320 feet; thence S 75° West 830 feet; thence S 03° East 750 feet; thence <br /> S 31° East 530 feet; thence S 55° West 515 more or less feet to the Westerly <br /> line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of the said Section 32; thence North along the 40 <br /> line 2015 more or less feet to a point which is 24.75 feet South of the North <br /> line of aid Section 32; thence West 600 more or less feet to the centerline of <br /> CTH F; thence North 24.75 feet along the centerline; thence East along the <br /> Section line 1500 more or less feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. The property shall not be divided. <br /> B. Only one residence is allowed. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: `MAY 1 9 1992 <br />
