At present, I have an offer to purchase this parcel, as <br /> described in the accompanying legal description, for the purpose of <br /> building a single family residence. This offer is contingent upon me being <br /> able to have the parcel rezoned to permit a single family residence and the <br /> issuance of a driveway permit. Currently, there are 3 available building sites, <br /> not including my current residence at 3422 Kelliher Rd. Once this 15.9 <br /> acre parcel is rezoned, I will retain approximately 99 acres and 2 available <br /> building sites. <br /> Additionally, please recognize this letter as legal authorization to have Mr. <br /> Donald Sands of 3445 Kelliher Rd., Mt.
