ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5265 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5265: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 33 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 28, Town of <br /> Christiana described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of <br /> said Section 28; thence N 89° 23' 36" East 594.44 feet along the South line of <br /> Section 28, thence S 01° 30' 00" West 13.52 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence N 01° 30' 00" East 450.00 feet along the centerline of a Town Road and <br /> that line extended, thence N 88° 30' West 230 feet, thence S 05° 18' 51" West _ ___ <br /> 451 feet; thence S 88° 30' East 260 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: APR 2 4 1992 <br />
