• ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5267 - <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> R-3A Residential, RH-2 Rural Homes and LC-1 Limited Commercial District the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #5267: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 2, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> TO R3-A: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 2; thence S 00° <br /> 08' West along the West line of said Section, 432.95 feet to the centerline of <br /> State Farm Road and the point of beginning; thence continue S 00° 08' West, <br /> 267.34 feet; thence S 89° 01' 00" East, 275.00 feet; thence N 03° 31' 49" East, <br /> 93.74 feet; thence N 01° 42' 00" West, 223.00 feet to the aforesaid centerline <br /> of State Farm Road; thence S 83° 46' 00" West along said centerline, 101.80 <br /> feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left, said curve having a <br /> central angle of 09° 26' 54" and a radius of 1065.42 feet, the long chord of <br /> which bears S 79° 02 40' West 175.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along the arc <br /> of said curve and centerline, 175.70 feet to the point of beginning.
