Village of Belleville <br /> March 10, 19928~- Planning Commission <br /> ANT <br /> Agriculture, Environment and <br /> Land Records Committee <br /> C/O Dane County Zoning Department <br /> Room 116, City-County Building <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Committee Chairperson, <br /> The Belleville Planning Commission has reviewed Mr. Herb Blaser's zoning <br /> request and fmds no objection to rezoning based on the following: <br /> 1. Site review showed that residential zoning is consistent with present <br /> use of contiguous area. <br /> 2. Proposed land use would not significantly impact, deter or diminish <br /> agricultural production within Dane County or the Township of <br /> Montrose. <br /> 3. Site is next to a park and future park land, residential neighborhood, <br /> open land (a portion of which has a proposed street) and marsh land. <br /> 4. Proposed sites sewage and water systems are compatible with <br /> contiguous area. <br /> It is the opinion of this commission that granting Mr. Blaser's request would <br /> provide suitable in fill to the existing residential neighborhood and future proposed <br /> development of annexed property without impacting on the agricultural <br /> environment of the Township of Montrose. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Ronald L.
