ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5274 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5274: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 19, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 19; thence S 04° <br /> 43' 47" West, 316.75 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of Mahockerr <br /> Road; thence S 69° 58' 09" West, 359.80 feet; thence S 01° 15' 00" East, 100.00 <br /> feet; thence S 80° 29' 06" West, 626.57 feet; thence N 08° 30' 42" West, 245.30 <br /> feet; thence N 77° 35' 26" East, 827.87 feet; thence N 88° 00' 00" East, 179.51 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
