ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5293 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5293: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, Town of York described as follows: - <br /> Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 3, being a point on the <br /> centerline of STH 73; thence N 88° 04' 02" East, along the North line of said <br /> NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 3, 445.52 feet; thence S 00° 07' 58" East, 134.44 <br /> feet; thence S 88° 06' 39" West, 444.62 feet to a point on said centerline of <br /> STH 73, being also a point on the West line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 3, <br /> thence N 00° 30' 45" West, along said centerline and said West line, 134.08 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
