COMPOSITE REPORT - Page 2 Dane County Application NoS2 <br /> ANALYSIS: The proposed site is located between existing residences and <br /> across the road from another church. The church use is more <br /> appropriate than farm use would be. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: - - - <br /> R.P.C. — Petition 5275. This proposed church site is in the farmland <br /> preservation area of the Town of Westport. The soils are very <br /> productive; however , there are residences to the north and south which <br /> make the area difficult to farm. There Is also a church directly across <br /> the road. <br /> Due to the high volumes of commuter traffic on CTH 0, the church use <br /> should not conflict ; however , other weekday use of the facility may <br /> cause conflicts. Therefore, the conditional use permit should be <br /> limited to the requested use. This allows for public review of any <br /> other use which might cause conflicts at this location. <br /> • <br /> E.H.D. <br /> CO. HWy. —Petition 5275, C.U.P. 973. No objections. Permission was <br /> granted on 01/27/92, via permit 92-01, to access this parcel <br /> from the existing Statz driveway and an access easement (see <br /> attached map) . <br /> • <br />
