These developers
have already made a positive impact in our area by the renovating of the
property at 2810 Todd Drive. This renovation turned a problem property into
a positive, affordable housing location which benefits low to moderate in-
come residents. In addition, the hands-on management style provided by
Ripple Management helps ensure that the properties continue to be assets to
the Town of Madison and to the surrounding community.
We urge the Board of Adjustment and the.Zoning and Natural Resources Committee
to approve Ripple Management's respective requests for a zoning change and
variances for parking and lot size. In addition, the Town of Madison hopes
to provide funds via the. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) , to assist
in the renovation. When completed, 99 West Beltline Highway will be targeted
toward low and moderate income residents.
Thank you for. your assistance.
Sincerely,
TOWN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
DONNA L.
