Lindholm
Ripple Management
3533 University Ave.
Madison, Wi. 53705
To Whom it may Concern,
I am writing regarding a project which Ripple Management has proposed
for 99 West Beltline Hwy. I am familiar with similar projects undertaken
by Ripple Management, and I feet that these projects have improved.the
availability of quality affordable housing, which has positively impacted
the neighborhoods where they are located.
I work as a housing counselor for people with physical and sensory
disabilities, and I am made aware every day of the need for more
affordable housing alternatives in Madison and the surrounding area. I
feel that the type of units that Ripple Management has developed help to
meet these community needs.
Often, zoning changes need to be made in order for projects such as this
to move forward. I see no negative impact from making these changes.
In fact, I believe such changes are necessary to address the community's
changing housing needs, and the imact that results from the changes is
a positive one: more housing for people.
Sincerely,
a .
Tracy A.
