This <br /> would be a violation of the state plumbing code Wisconsin <br /> Administrative Code ch ILHR 83. <br /> Due to our concerns about the possible code violation this <br /> office is withholding the approval of the recently installed <br /> mound replacement system. Wisconsin Administrative Code <br /> sILHR 83.05(5) states that no private sewage system shall be <br /> used until the proper sanitary permit, inspection and a <br /> revised plan if necessary are approved by the county <br /> authority. In this case a copy of the certified survey map <br /> showing that the private sewage system is on the same parcel <br /> with the dwelling is required as a revised plan. <br /> By copy of this letter we will be notifying the Town building <br /> inspector and Dane County Zoning that any building permit and <br /> zoning permit obtained on the basis of the sanitary permit <br /> should be withheld or rescinded until this situation is <br /> resolved .
