ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5277 • • <br /> ' r <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of • <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5277: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 20, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 20; thence North <br /> along the West line thereof, 1326.46 feet to the Southwest corner of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4 Section and the point of beginning; thence continuing North, 104.23 feet; <br /> thence N 85° 50' 41" East, 373.38 feet; thence North 40.66 feet; thence N 78° <br /> 56' 52", 208.82 feet; thence S 35° 26' 07" East, 124.55 feet; thence East 86.91 <br /> feet; thence South 110.50 feet to the South line of said 1/4 1/4 Section; <br /> thence West along said South line, 736.46 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
