The <br /> imposed deed restriction provides protection for the ag land <br /> on the proposed parcels. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: - - <br /> R.P.C. -Petition 5282. Pending further comments at the public hearing, this <br /> petition appears reasonably consistent with adopted plan policies. <br /> E.H.D. <br /> Co. Hwy. _Petitions 5282 and 5284. Not controlled access highways, <br /> however, our area supervisor must approve any driveway <br /> modification or requests for additional access. Unsure where <br /> the driveway is to CTH "JG" for Petition 5284. <br />
