ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5296 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> R-3A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 25; thence N 88° <br /> 50' 40" East 130.00 feet along the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 25 <br /> to the point of beginning. Thence continue N 88° 50' 40" East 150.00 feet; <br /> thence N 00° 45' 33" West 190.00 feet; thence S 88° 50' 40" West 150.00 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 45' 33" East 190.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A The R-3A zoned area shall not be separated from the farm parcel. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: VVL 0 1 1992 <br />
