ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5298 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the A-1 <br /> Exclusive Agriculture and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 28, Town of York described as follows: <br /> TO A-1 Exclusive Agriculture: Part of NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 28 described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said quarter quarter; thence <br /> West 500 feet along the North line of said quarter quarter to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue West along said North line 410 feet; thence South <br /> 345 feet; thence East 410 feet; thence North 345 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Part of NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 28, including all of Lot #1, CSM 6480 <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said quarter <br /> quarter; thence South 610 feet along the East line of said 1/4 1/4; thence West <br /> 500 feet; thence North 610 feet parallel to the East line to the center of Sun <br /> Prairie Road; thence East 500 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed RH-2 description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
