(a) A parcel in its northeast corner 300 feet wide and <br /> 340 feet deep is RH-1 . <br /> (b) A parcel 200 feet wide and 340 feet deep lying to <br /> its immediate west is part of a larger parcel zoned <br /> RH-2 . <br /> ( c ) The remaining area just to the south of those <br /> parcels remains AG-1 and part of the remaining <br /> farm. <br /> (d) My attempts to sell the 2 . 34 acres (described as <br /> (a ) above) were unsuccessful . I now have a pending <br /> offer on the 7+-acre parcel which is the subject of <br /> this petition. <br /> 6 . I am, therefore, requesting that the above 7+-acre parcel <br /> be rezoned to RH-2, Rural Homes , and that the remaining 3 . 2 acres <br /> of that parcel referred to in 5 (b) above, currently zoned RH-2 and <br /> labeled bl on the accompanying map, be rezoned to RH-1 . <br /> 797C-- v2 <br /> Date <br /> La Waddell <br />
