" . . .a Certified Survey*. . . " was circled. As you know, I represent Asgrow Seed, the purchasers of this property under land contract and the reason for the zoning change is Asgrow Seed wanted to create ag-research station for this 7.9 acres. It is my understanding this reminder notice is in error and a certified survey map is not required. A rezoning of this 7. 9 acres has been approved and it is merely a rezoning of a part of a larger parcel and not the creation of a separate parcel. In my discussions with you on Thursday, May 21, 1992, you informed me everything had been accomplished and as far as the county was concerned, the 7.9 acres has been rezoned to A-B and nothing further needs to be done. If all of this is correct, I would appreciate your signing below stating it is not necessary for a certified survey map to be recorded and the zoning for the 7 .9 acres is now A-B with remaining surrounding property exclusive agricultural (A-1 ) . I ask that you please sign the original and return to me in the envelope provided, I have enclosed a copy for your records.
