" . . .a Certified <br /> Survey*. . . " was circled. <br /> As you know, I represent Asgrow Seed, the purchasers of this <br /> property under land contract and the reason for the zoning change <br /> is Asgrow Seed wanted to create ag-research station for this 7.9 <br /> acres. <br /> It is my understanding this reminder notice is in error and a <br /> certified survey map is not required. <br /> A rezoning of this 7. 9 acres has been approved and it is merely a <br /> rezoning of a part of a larger parcel and not the creation of a <br /> separate parcel. <br /> In my discussions with you on Thursday, May 21, 1992, you informed <br /> me everything had been accomplished and as far as the county was <br /> concerned, the 7.9 acres has been rezoned to A-B and nothing <br /> further needs to be done. <br /> If all of this is correct, I would appreciate your signing below <br /> stating it is not necessary for a certified survey map to be <br /> recorded and the zoning for the 7 .9 acres is now A-B with remaining <br /> surrounding property exclusive agricultural (A-1 ) . I ask that you <br /> please sign the original and return to me in the envelope provided, <br /> I have enclosed a copy for your records. <br />
