ORDINANCE• AMENLMENT NO. 5300 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 and <br /> Rural Homes and CO-1 Conservancy District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 32, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 32; thence South <br /> along the West line 66 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 66 <br /> feet; thence East, 400 feet; thence South, 198 feet ; thence East, 400 feet; <br /> thence South, 270 feet; thence East, 440 feet; thence North, 200 feet; thence <br /> West 100 feet; thence North 334 feet; thence West 1,140 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO CO-1: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 32; thence South, <br /> along the West line of section 32, 66 feet; thence East, 1,140 feet; thence <br /> South, 334 feet; thence East, 100 feet; thence South approximately 1,100 feet <br /> to the lands owned by G. L. Kopke; thence East along said property line to the <br /> edge of Hook Lake; thence Northerly along the edge of Hook Lake to the North <br /> line of Section 32; thence West to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: pkjG 2 6 1992 <br />
