ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5300 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 and <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5300: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 32, Town of Dunn described as follows: TO - <br /> RH-2: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 32; thence South, <br /> along the West line of section 32, 66 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue South, 66 feet; thence East, 400 feet; thence South, 198 feet; thence <br /> East, 400 feet; thence South, 270 feet; thence East, 340 feet; thence North, <br /> 534 feet; thence West, 1140 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 32; thence East, along the <br /> North line of said Section 32, 1866 feet more or less; thence Southwesterly, <br /> along the Shore of Hook Lake, 600 feet more or less; thence West, 600 feet; <br /> thence North, 534 feet; thence West, 1140 feet; thence North, along the West <br /> line of said Section 32; 66 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
