B McFarland, WI 53558 <br /> April 23 , 1992 <br /> Dane County Zoning & Natural Resources Committee <br /> Attn: Norbert Scribner <br /> Rm 116, City-County Bldg. <br /> Madison, WI 53709-0001 <br /> Re: Various Land Division in Dunn <br /> Dear Mr. Scribner: <br /> The Dunn Plan Commission and Town Board has reviewed several land <br /> division requests and makes the following recommendations. <br /> 1) CSM for Ed Kramper (WP & L) Section 15 - the Town <br /> recommends approval. <br /> 2) CSM for Gordon Kopke (DNR) Section 32 - It is our <br /> information that this survey is being amended to show Lot <br /> 1 at 7 . 5 acres and Lot 2 at 20 acres. (see attached <br /> sketch) No formal application has been received by the <br /> town to date, however the Town Board approved the <br /> rezoning for the new Lots 1 and 2 . <br /> 3) CSM for Michael Faust Section 34 - The Dunn Town Board <br /> recommends county approval of this CSM as no new lots are <br /> being created and it is just clarifying the boundary of <br /> an existing lot. <br /> 4) CSM for Timothy Storey at 2826 Waubesa Avenue - the Town <br /> recommends approval of this survey to clarify a lot line <br /> adjustment between two improved parcels. We also request <br /> the county waive requirement of City of Madison approval <br /> in view of the fact these are existing improved lots, not <br /> new development. <br /> 5) CSM for Mahr/Sayers is Section 9 - the town recommends <br /> approval of this survey to combine lot 9 with n 1/2 of <br /> lot 10 and Lot 11 with the S 1/2 of Lot 10 in Block 3 , <br /> Greenridge Park. <br />
