ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5301 - <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5301: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 12, Town of Christiana described as follows: - <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 12; thence N 01° 00' West on <br /> the section line, 883 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence S 89° <br /> 00' West, 218 feet more or less; thence N 01° 00' West, 440 feet more or less; <br /> thence N 89° 00' East, 218 feet more or less to the section line; thence S 01° <br /> 00' East on the section line, 440 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
