ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5302 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the A-B <br /> Agri-Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5302: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 32, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 32; thence South 200 feet; thence <br /> East 165 feet; thence N 200 feet; thence West 165 feet to point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. The A-B zoned area shall not be divided from the main parcel. <br /> B. The A-B use is limited to the trucking and storage of grain handling <br /> equipment. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
