4 ORDINANCESAMEN IMENT NO. 5284 <br /> r <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 25, thence N 85° <br /> 22' 16" East 50 feet to the Northwest corner of the parcel, thence continuing N <br /> 85° 22' 16" Esat along the Northern boundary of the parcel 369 feet; thence S <br /> 07° 42' 56" West, 20 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 07° <br /> 42' 56" West 600 feet; thence N 85° 22' 16" East 153.55 feet, thence N 07° 42' <br /> 56" East 600 feet; thence S 85° 22' 16" West 153.55 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. A residence may not be constructed on tillable land. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
