ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5285 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLOOMING GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the <br /> C-2 Commercial (D.R.) District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 23, Town of Blooming Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 23, thence N <br /> 00° 15' 57" West, along the East line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, also being the <br /> East line of CSM 2951, 483.78 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 89° 44' <br /> 03" West, 220.00 feet; thence N 04° 35' 18" East, 30.00 feet; thence S 82° 26' <br /> 20" Est, 219.51 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Commercial use of the property shall be limited to: <br /> 1. Operation of a construction contractor business. <br /> 2. Rental of storage space to contractors and other uses. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DAT : <br />
