District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5049: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 1 1/4 Section 23, Town of Blooming Grove de- ribed as <br /> follows: Commencing - the East quarter corner of said Sect in 23; thence N <br /> 00° 15' 57" West, along •e East line of said SE 1/4 NE 1 • , also being the <br /> East line of CSM 2951, reco .ed in Volume 11 of Certif -d Surveys on pages 352 <br /> and 353, Dane County Register Deeds, 184.22 feet o the Northeast corner of <br /> said CSM 2951; thence N 83° 19' " West, along e North line of said CSM <br /> 2951, 244.72 feet; thence N 04° 35 8" Est, 0.97 feet; thence N 89° 44' 03" <br /> East, 220.00 feet to the East line o au. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its approval, the <br /> owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on <br /> said land. c b <br /> A. Commercial use of the property shall be limited to: <br /> 1) . Operation of a construction contractor business. <br /> 2). Rental of storage space for contractors and other uses. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent <br /> Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the <br /> restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 0 9 1991 <br />
