Public sewer is proposed to be provided. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS; - - <br /> R.P.C. — Petition 5286. This proposed residential subdivision is primarily <br /> outside the central urban service area. The area along Woodland Drive <br /> (one lot depth on the west side) Is in the urban service area. The area <br /> outside the urban service area Is In an agricultural preservation area <br /> where the adopted policy is: "Allow for no subdivisions in agricultural <br /> preservation areas." <br /> Until such time that this area Is included within the central urban <br /> service area, this rezoning Is premature and conflicts with adopted <br /> policies. <br /> E.H.D. <br /> Co.
